Return Shipments within Germany or Poland (From EuropaForwards to the Original Seller):
If you receive the wrong or damaged products, or items that do not match your order, you can easily return them to the original seller at no charge. We also offer the option to return goods without stating reasons, although a processing fee may apply in some cases. While if there is any costs associated with the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that certain Personal Shopper Orders may have different return policies. As a customer, you have the option to return shipments from your country to EuropaForwards or directly to the original seller. While the full costs for return shipments are to be borne by the customer, we provide full support throughout the process and facilitate communication with the seller. We ensure a smooth return experience, making it easy for you to facilitate the return and coordinate with the seller.
