At EuropaForwards, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary and we understand that returns are a part of the online shopping experience. We aim to make the return process as straightforward and hassle-free as possible with our flexible return policy. Whether you need to return a product within Germany, Poland or from your country to EuropaForwards or the original seller, we’ve got you covered with our convenient return services.
Return Shipments within Germany or Poland (From EuropaForwards to the Original Seller):
If you receive the wrong or damaged products, or items that do not match your order, you can easily return them to the original seller at no charge. We also offer the option to return goods without stating reasons, although a processing fee may apply in some cases. While if there is any costs associated with the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that certain Personal Shopper Orders may have different return policies. Return Shipments from Customer to Germany or Poland (From Customer Final Destination country address to EuropaForwards/Original Seller):
As a customer, you have the option to return shipments from your country to EuropaForwards or directly to the original seller. While the full costs for return shipments are to be borne by the customer, we provide full support throughout the process and facilitate communication with the seller. We ensure a flawless return experience, making it easy for you to facilitate the return and coordinate with the seller. “Terms of Payment and Refund Policies”
EuropaForwards offers a range of services categorized into three groups:
- a) Subscription-based membership services,
- b) Shipping, repacking, scan-and-email, and storage services,
- c) Personal Shopper or Personal Shopper+ Shopping Assistance & Sourcing Service and other value-added services.

Subscription-based Membership Services:
EuropaForwards provides exclusive service offerings and cost benefits to customers who choose specific paid subscription programs (“Premium Membership Package”). These packages may have different pre-set costs and subscription terms such as month-to-month, quarterly, or annual. If a customer is unsatisfied with the Premium Membership Package, they can cancel their subscription within 7 days of the subscription date and receive a 100% refund for the membership fees paid. After 7 days, refunds are calculated on a pro-rated basis. If any kind of successful service has been provided to the member there will be no refund. Refunds cannot exceed the paid membership fees, and any additional costs or damages incurred due to the Premium Membership Package are not eligible for refund.
Automatic Renewals and Cancellation:
If a customer has an automatic renewal for their subscription and wishes to cancel the membership and/or automatic renewal setting, the same terms apply.
Refund Method:
Refunds issued by EuropaForwards are automatically applied as an “Account Credit.” Customers have the option to request a cash refund or transaction reversal, but any associated financial fees, such as transfer fees, penalties, or exchange rate fees, will be incurred by the customer.
Shipping, Repacking, Scan-and-Email, and Storage Services:
EuropaForwards provides warehouse storage, processing, and shipping services. These services are billed upon request or at the time of processing if automatic processing is selected. Please note that refunds are not offered for these services, as they are provided “As Is.”
Merchandise Returns:
EuropaForwards acts as a virtual mailbox and shipping service. Therefore, any inquiries or claims related to merchandise returns, such as unwanted products, wrong color, or wrong size, should be directed to the online merchant from whom the purchase was made. EuropaForwards does not accept or process such claims.
Personal Shopper or Personal Shopper+ Shopping Assistance & Sourcing Service and Other Value-Added Services:
When a customer places an order for value-added services like Personal Shopper or Personal Shopper+ Shopping Assistance & Sourcing Service, EuropaForwards will bill the required amount and proceed with the transaction. Orders can be canceled for a full refund before processing/fulfillment begins. Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled, and no refunds are available.
Refunds:

International Returns:
EuropaForwards ships packages using multiple carriers, such as DHL, GLS, DPD, FedEx, and UPS. If customers refuse to accept a package due to customs duties or failure to provide ID proofs for clearance, the carrier may return or abandon the package. Procedures for international returns vary by country. Some customs authorities allow abandonment or destruction, while others require return to the shipper (EuropaForwards). In these cases, carriers charge a “RETURN FEE” as the return shipment is considered third-country shipping. EuropaForwards will pass this return fee charged by the carrier onto the customer, charging their account and saved payment method. It is strongly recommended that customers accept packages without refusal to avoid incurring these return fees.
