To begin the process, please contact us via email with the details of your complaint. We will make every effort to address your concerns promptly and find a satisfactory resolution.
Should you feel that your complaint has not been adequately resolved after giving us a reasonable amount of time to respond, please write to info@europaforwards.com, providing a comprehensive description of your complaint. We will acknowledge your communication and endeavour to resolve the matter within 30 days to your satisfaction.
If, despite following the entire complaints procedure and the 30-day period has elapsed without a satisfactory resolution, you have the option to engage in mediation. Alternative dispute resolution is an independent process where a neutral body examines the facts of the dispute and aims to reach a resolution without the need for court intervention. If you reside within the EU, you may refer the matter to the appropriate mediation authority in Poland.
Please note that we operate a zero tolerance policy towards abusive or threatening behaviours directed towards our employees, associates, or customers. In cases where such behavior occurs, we reserve the right to terminate the membership and cease communication with any Registered Member engaging in such conduct. Furthermore, in such circumstances, we retain the right to dispose of any goods we currently hold or subsequently receive, using any appropriate means at our discretion.
