You can then select your preferred shipping options, initiate payment, and we will dispatch the packages without any delay or intermediate steps. Damaged incoming packages will be appropriately repacked.

Drop Shipment vs Standard Shipment:

Standard shipments involve more time due to automatic or manual consolidation. However, with Drop Shipment, we don’t engage in repacking, ensuring the fastest processing time possible!

For Drop Shipments, our standard partner insurance is automatically applied, covering shipments up to a certain value. Please ensure proper and secure packaging for such shipments. As we don’t open, inspect, or repack such shipments, EuropaForwards cannot assume liability for these services.

Restrictions – When is Drop Shipment Unavailable?

To ensure efficient handling, Drop Shipment must be arranged from the initial receipt at our warehouse. Packages already stored in our warehouse cannot be converted into Drop Shipments. Drop Shipment is not available for Deutsche Warenpost, freight items, and Concierge orders. It exclusively applies to packages passing through our warehouse and not to direct pickups. Packages exceeding 32kg or a girth of 300cm cannot be processed as Drop Shipments.”
